Return, Refund & Exchanges
We hope you feel comfortable and secure when shopping at Hugetomato! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we provide a 30-days return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the unused jewelry in its original conditions as long as you contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return and exchange conditions:
- Items returned without consent are not acceptable.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refund
Once we receive your return parcel, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded.
The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.
Kindly note that:
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return cost of shipping.
How to return or exchange items?
Step 1: Initiate your request by clicking here or emailing support@hugetomato.comPlease enclose your order number and details of your request.
Step 2: Receive request progress emailOnce you finish step 1, you’ll receive an email about the progress of your request within 48 hours. You’ll find further instructions within this email (return address or exchange progress).
Step 3: Ship the itemsFor the return request, please enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name, and email address. The package should be shipped through a traceable method.
For the exchange request, we will send you a new package and tracking information.
Step 4: Send us the return tracking number by emailRemember to send us the tracking number of package. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
