Shipping Policy

Normally our goods take 3 to 14 days to reach to your house. Please understand due to the 2019-COVID, the shipping might be slower than normal. From the experience in the past 1 month (1st Feb - 1st March), the average delivery period is 10-34 days.

Delivery Fee 
All of our product on Huge tomato is free to deliver above $ 39 . For those orders less than $ 39, you have to pay the delivery fee as the system shows ( normally it is $4.99 ). In the condition of return, the customer is free to choose any express service company and pay courier fees by themselves.

 

Return, refund and exchange

How to exchange jewelry?

If you receive any defective, incorrect jewelry from us, please contact us for the replacement. We’d love to help send you a new one for free.
Step 1, enclose your order number in the email and send it to support@hugetomato.com. We will provide you with our warehouse address.

Step 2, send you the defective or wrong jewelry to our warehouse

Step 3, after receiving the defective or wrong jewelry, we will send you the new one.

How to return and refund my order?

If you are not satisfied, all products have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Before returning, please make sure products meet the following requirement:

  • in good condition 
  • in original packaging
  • without broken or missing parts

In the following cases, we can’t accept the return and refund:

  • The product is damaged/lost by the customer;
  • You bought the same item from another website and want to return

Return and refund processes:

Step 1. Check if the product qualifies the return requirement above;

Step 2. Submit a return request by emailing to support@hugetomato.com with your order number and the detailed problem you are encountering.

Step 3. Once the request is approved, please ship the product to our warehouse within 7 working days after you receive the warehouse address from us.

Stop 4. Send us the tracking number.

When can I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return parcel, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded.

The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.

Kindly note that: Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return cost of shipping if products are not defective and wrong.
